We "Over 40" types have unique advantages that 20-something innovators can't yet rely on. Last year I wrote an essay as a post to my blog on the Obama campaign website on something I call the "Civilian Innovation Corps". See it here
I've now also started a Civilian Innovation Corps meetup group here aimed at beginning to make that vision a reality.
